The Education and Consulting Company for Eastern Europe Ltd.

• Was founded in 1992 and is headed by Dr. Ralf Mueller.
  
  
• Has its headquarters in Dresden.
  
  
• Pursued with the objective of their business, the establishment of medium-sized businesses in the Commonwealth of Independent States and the economic and promote scientific and technological cooperation between companies and research institutions of Eastern and Western Europe.
